Opal Mae Littleton, age 93 of Jourdanton and formerly of Devine, passed away Monday, June 13, 2011 in San Antonio.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Clara Lee Edmondson; husband, Duard Carlton Littleton; son, John Robert Littleton; daughter, Laverne Abraham; great-granddaughter, Lindsey Robbins; son-in-law, Jerry Trollinger.
She is survived by her son, Duard Mark Littleton and wife Pam of Stephenville; daughters, Donnie McDonald and husband Sandy of Hondo, Susie Trollinger of Devine, Beth Barrow of Somerset, Sharon Simpson and husband Michael of Lytle, Betty Calk and husband Roger of Lytle; nineteen grandchildren; thirty-two great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Thursday, June 16, 2011 in the Hurley Funeral Home Chapel in Devine from 8am to 2pm with family receiving friends from 12pm to 2pm. Funeral services will be held at 2pm Thursday, June 16, 2011 in the Hurley Funeral Home Chapel in Devine with interment to follow in the Evergreen Cemetery.
Family has requested memorials can be made to the First Baptist Church of Devine, 308 W. Hondo, Devine, Texas 78016 or the First United Methodist Church, 422 W. Washington Stephenville, Texas 76401.
