A graveside service will be held on Monday, February 18, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Massey Cemetery in Crowder with Robert Hodges officiating. Pallbearers will be Marcus Sherwood, Roy Dale Haws, Chris Haws, Jackson Ormsby, Robert Belcher, & Randy Sylvester. Honorary pallbearers will be Rick Shannon, Don Shannon, Diamond Shannon, D.J. Shannon, & Michael Cordell. Terry was born on July 23, 1958 in Prague to Leo & Nadine Trolinger Shannon. He attended Crowder Schools. He was a heavy equipment operator. He loved to go fishing and he loved to aggravate his nieces and nephews. He is survived by his mother: Nadine Shannon of the home; brothers: Rick Shannon of the home, Don Shannon of Blocker; sisters: Carolyn Horton of Blocker, Kay Haws of Blocker, Thea Hodges of McAlester; and numerous nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his father: Leo Shannon and a brother: Jerry Shannon.
