  	Funeral services for Dr. James L. Kegler, 67, of Cincinnati, Ohio, formerly of Grenada, are at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 6, at Belle Flower M.B. Church in Grenada. Burial will follow in Haven Rest Cemetery. Visitation is Friday from 1 to 6 p.m. at Clark-Williams Funeral Home. Dr. Kegler died Aug. 25, 2014, in Cincinnati of a stroke. He was born on March 19, 1947, in Grenada. Dr. Kegler was educated in the Grenada School system and graduated from Carrie Dotson High School in 1966. He received his undergraduate studies from Tougaloo College in Jackson as a biology major with an emphasis in medicine. Dr. Kegler received medical training from Harvard University and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati with honor in the medical profession. He later went on to successfully obtain his medical license in primary and family medicines, in which he practiced in Ohio until his retirement. He was preceded in death by his father, Milton Kegler; his step-mother, Millie Kegler; a daughter, Coletta Kegler; and a brother, Larry Robinson. Dr. Kegler is survived by his mother, Thelma Robinson of Grenada; a son, Colin Kegler of Boston, Mass.; five sisters, Ernestine Neal of Chicago, Teresa Robinson and Thelma J. Robinson, both of Grenada, Katie Robinson Turner of South Carolina and Francine Crowder of Las Vegas; five brothers, Cleo Robinson, Ervin Robinson, William T. Robinson and Steve Robinson, all of Grenada, and Milton E. Robinson of Detroit, Mich.; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, friends and colleagues. Clark-Williams Funeral Home is in charge.
