    Miss Ruth Mildred Vass THE engagement of Miss Vass to Lieut. Roland Lee Hudson is announced by her mother, Mrs. Ruth Gant Vass of Laurel. Lieutenant Hudson is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Edgar L. Hudson, also of Laurel. Miss Vass was educated at Mary Washington College. Lieutenant Hudson is a graduate of Pennsylvania Military College, the Chicago School of Aeronautics, and of Maxwell Field in Alabama. He is stationed at Shreveport. La., where he is an instructor in the United States Air Corps. The wedding will take place in the early summer.
