The Last and Final Sale of the Chunn Place. In obedience to an order of the Superior Court of Catawba county, made in the case of Susan S. Trollinger Adm'x of M. B. Trollinger. vs. R. H. Trollinger and others, I will resell on the premises at 12 o'clock M., on Saturday, the 2d day of June, 1888, that valuable tract of Land known as the Chunn place, adjoining Thomas Hyde and others, on the W. N. C. R. R., two miles East of Cleveland, in the county of Rowan, containing 157 acres more or less. Terms of Sale- The purchaser to pay 20 per cent, cash, and the balance on a credit of six months, the purchaser to give bond with approved security, title retained until all the purchase money is paid.
