Sgt Cecil J Trollinger

1. I would like to commend you who were directly resopnsible for the safe recovery of the lost Cessna 172 on the night of 4 Mar 1969 for a job well done.

2. All of your efforts to safely recover the lost pilot and excellent coordination between facilities exhibit the qualities of true professionalism. It is indeed a pleasure to have "top notch" controllers like you working for me. Congratulations again for such a fine job.
