Dr. Erastus M. Drollinger home 1150 Lincolnway East South Bend, Indiana Built in 1903 for Dr. Erastus M. Drollinger, one of South Bend's pioneer physicians, and his wife, Mary. Dr. Drollinger died of a stomach ailment in 1913; however, his widow continued to reside in the house until 1926. Mrs. Drollinger sold the house in 1927 to Cora Waterfield, a clerk.
