"MORTUARY
---
Mrs. Parmelia Jarrell one of the oldest and best known ladies of Polk township, died at her home in Tyner Thursday, April 23, 1903, aged 89 years, 1 month and 23 days.
Parmelia Wilson was born in Lewis county, Kentucky, Feb. 28, 1814, during the second war between the United States and England. There she grew to womanhood and moved with her father's family to Shelby county, Indiana in 1835.
In 1837 she was married to James Sherwood. There were two children of that union, John W. and Louisa M.
In 1843 she was united in marriage with Garrett F. Jarrell in Franklin county, Indiana. To that marriage seven children were born: Louisa, Garrett, William, Walter, Henry, Amanda and Mary. Her children are all living except John W. and Louisa.
She, with her husband and family moved to Marshall county, Indiana, in September, 1859. Her husband died November 16, of the same year, and she lived a widow until her death.
During all those years was she a kind and patient mother, a true friend and neighbor and reared a family of whom any woman might well be proud.
She united with the Methodist Episcopal church in 1828, when only fourteen years old and lived a devout christian until her death.
Funeral services were held at Tyner Saturday afternoon, April 25, Rev. A. P. Delong, of Plymouth, preaching the funeral sermon to a very large contgregation.
Hers was a long and useful life and she will be long remembered in the neighborhood in which she lived."

Born August 26, 1940, in Williamsport, Pennsylvania to William Roy Huntington Jr. and Ada Sprout. Older brother to his four siblings Betty Jo Jones, Brenda Taynton, Faith Smith, and Russell Huntington. Upon completing high school, he enrolled in the United States Marine Corps to serve others and his country. During his 26+ year career in the Marines Corps, he was stationed all over the United States but Pennsylvania and Oregon were his homes.

Bill, also referred to as "Top", was a veteran of the Vietnam War and served three tours of duty. He earned numerous honors including the Purple Heart, Good Conduct Medal, Marine Corps Expeditionary Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and Presidential Unit Citation. As a disciplined leader, who valued teamwork, he served in the roles of combat engineer, engineering operations chief, maintenance management, and recruiter. In addition to his working career, Bill was involved with the community through the Ready Roamers RV Chapter, Marine Corps League, Rocky Mountain Elks Foundation, and American Legion.

His greatest passions were traveling across the United States to see his loved ones or taking his children and grandchildren on adventures including camping, fishing, and hunting. Additionally, he enjoyed utilizing his green thumb to grow an inspiring garden; planning RVing trips or reunions for his fellow Marines; helping anyone who needed him; and entertaining everyone with his perfect turkey call and bewildering their pets.

A memorial service is being planned for the Spring/Summer of 2022 for family and close friends. In place of flowers, please consider a donation to a fund at the Gary Sinise Foundation (https://www.garysinisefoundation.org/donate/) honoring veterans, first responders and their families.

57984 William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal
The Juvenile Curfew: Unconstitutional Imprisonment
Abstract
Faced with rising crime rates, many municipalities in recent years have enacted juvenile curfews. Professor Tona Trollinger uses an ordinance enacted in Dallas, Texas, as a framework for analyzing juvenile curfews. The author discusses various prudential and constitutional objections to these curfews, including both substantive and procedural due process challenges. The author concludes that the admittedly valid governmental objectives underlying such curfews do not override their constitutional infirmities.
