After Judge morning had heard the testimony in the divorce action of Lewis F. Trullinger vs Elsie M. Trullinger, he took the cause under advisement. so that an effort might be made to have the parties reconciled. They were married at Sidney, Iowa, November 8, 1917. He testified that they had both been married before, his children being grown, while she had a ten year old daughter with her. She continually quarreled with and nagged him, allowing her daughter to treat him with disrespect and contempt. On May 23, 1919, while he was absent at work. she and her relatives packed the household goods and shipped them back to her old home at Shenandoah, to which place she and her daughter also went and where they have remained.
