Notes - Margaret Scott died as Margaret Berry. She Married William Robinson.
She met William Berry in Belfast when he was in the army there in 1910. He came from Renfrew. When my gran was about 7 or 8 her mother brought her and her younger brother Robert Robinson, to Renfrew where they lived with William Berry. Auntie Peggy and Auntie Jean were born and registered in Renfrew as illegitimate children of William Berry and Margaret Robinson. Willian Berry died in Renfrew about 1922 and after this Margaret Robinson took her daughters Margaret and Jean Berry and her son Robert Robinson back to Belfast where she lived as Margaret Berry and died as Margaret Berry in 1934. She lived either with her mother, Isabella Scott or close by her mother.
Margaret Robinson (Berry's) last address in Renfrew was 2,Church Street. Gran Barr seems to have lived with her mother at this address when my mother was born in 1920. She was married to Andrew Barr so he was also living at 2 Church Street. After William Berry died in 1922 Gran Robinson went back to her mother in Belfast. (Granny Scott, Isabella Scott)
