Her family briefly lived in Vallejo, California but returned to Casper where she graduated from Natrona County High School in 1957. Carroll married Cecil Adamson in 1957. They began their family in 1958, bringing Cynthya Marie into the world with Candyce Rae to follow in 1959. Her young family relocated to Phoenix, Arizona in 1965. Carroll began her career at the age of 14 in a local grocer. She worked in multiple grocery stores as a cashier over the years and she eventually retired from Safeway in 1995 after dedicating more than 40 years to her customers. She spent a lifetime serving the Lord through the women's outreach group, recording ministry, volunteering with bible study and becoming a Christian Counselor. She truly enjoyed sharing his Word with family and friends. Carroll's greatest treasure was her family. The love of a family is life's greatest blessing. Carroll embodied the true essence of unconditional love. She knew exactly how to give and show love to all she came across.
Carroll is survived by her daughters, Cynthya Fullmer (Kelly) and Candyce Robinett (Scott) whom she shared with former spouse, Cecil Adamson. As well as her many grandchildren, Wesley Leisen, Hannah Osborn (Wilfred), Rex Fullmer, Hattie Fullmer, Ryan Leisen, Craig Leisen (Trina Asidilla), Tara Leisen, great grandchildren, Billy Osborn, Brody Osborn, Olivia Leisen and Bailey Osborn. Carroll is also survived by her siblings, Wesley Drollinger, Sally Pearce (Willard), Susie Drollinger, Brian Brookshier, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Gerald S. Drollinger and Mary E. Arthur, and her sister, Marie Bridges.
Carroll's Going Home Celebration will be held on July 15, 2019 beginning at 10:00am at Heritage Funeral Chapel, 7545 W. Rose Garden Lane, Glendale, AZ 85308. Services to include graveside service and lunch reception to follow at Kelly and Cynthya Fullmer's home.
