  	ALTAMAHAW - Mr. James Junior "June" Sellars, 90, of 3032 NC 87 N, passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at Edgewood Place. June was the son of George "Buck" Sellars and Clara Trollinger Sellars, both deceased, and the husband of Elizabeth Hurdle Sellars, who survives. In addition to his wife of the home he leaves to cherish his memories one brother, Otis Sellars (Jearlene) of Burlington; one sister, Verilea Williamson (Elijah) of Burlington; and a host of brothers and sisters in-law, other relatives, family and friends. June's funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 19, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Stoney Creek AME Church with Pastor David Lowe officiating and Rev, Swain Jr., performing the eulogy. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. June will lie in state one hour prior to the funeral with the family arriving at 1:30 pm. A public viewing will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at the funeral home from 1-8:00 pm. Alamance Funeral Service has the honor of serving the Sellars Family.
