  	Maybelle T. Parton, 85, of Columbia, MO, passed away April 3, 2014 at Boone Hospital Center. A visitation will be held at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (904 Old Highway 63 South, Columbia, MO 65201) April 8, 2014 9:00AM-10:30AM with a funeral service to follow at 10:30AM. Maybelle Parton was born July 22, 1928 to Everett Lee Trollinger and Jessie Hazel Smith Trollinger in Hindsville, AR. She married Elmer F. Parton, Jr. March 29, 1954 in Paris, MO, and he preceded her in death. She worked as a long distance operator for General Telephone in Columbia, MO for 22 years and was involved in the family business, "Parton Delivery and Transfer", in Columbia, MO. Maybelle was a bee keeper, enjoyed gardening, and had a great interest in genealogy. Survivors include two children, Brenda Kay Parton, of Columbia, MO, and Gene F. Parton, of Jefferson City, MO, two brothers, Kenneth Lee Trollinger, of Arizona, and Donald Trollinger, of Washington, seven grandchildren, Jesse Jose, of Columbia, MO, Juan Carlos, of Columbia, MO, Aaron E. Parton, of St. Louis, MO, Andrea D. Jackson, of Savannah, GA, Tyler J. Parton, of Jefferson City, MO, James Kinder, of Boonville, MO, and Kate Kinder, of Boonville, MO, and two great grandchildren, Lucas C. Jackson, and Isabelle L. Parton. In addition to her husband, Maybelle was preceded in death by two siblings, Donna Mae Kinder and Ronald Lee Parton, and her parents. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are appreciated to the Central Missouri Humane Society 616 Big Bear Blvd. Columbia, MO 65202.
