According to his half brother, William Lee "Buck" Drollinger during our telephone conversation of 6 Jul 2008, Russell got into a bottle of strychnine tablets that his father had setting on his dresser (I believe he said dresser) for use around the farm and ate them, tragically killing himself.

Notes - According to his half brother, William Lee "Buck" Drollinger during our telephone conversation of 6 Jul 2008, Russell got into a bottle of strychnine tablets that his father had setting on his dresser (I believe he said dresser) for use around the farm and ate them, tragically killing himself. "Buck" told me they did not have any other children and that his father divorced Bernice sometime around 1933 or 1934. "Buck" also thought her maiden name was 'Cox'.
