I have found the information you have requested. Shirley Blood died on October 30 at Kindred Nursing and Rehab Center in Caldwell. Her body was taken to Bowman Funeral Home in Boise, Idaho. The informant on the Death Certificate is A Rick Blood, unkown phone number, states he is the son, He lives on 1904 Terrace Dr. in Caldwell. The phone number for Bowman Funeral Home is 208-853-3131.
