Notes - Because Jacob is of an appropriate age and was born in Tiefenbronn, Gordon L. Drollinger and I agree that he is the likely son of Mathias Drollinger and Anna Maria Holzhauer. Of course this educated speculation is subject to change providing a preponderance of evidence suggests otherwise. Keep in mind that Tiefenbronn is a very small village today and had to have been even much smaller back in the mid-1700s. Perhaps as little as a few dozen people may have lived there in the mid-1700s.
