      ST. ANTHONY, Nov. 3, - Funeral services for Chester Edward Hansen, 63,who died at Eden, Thursday, after a lingering illness were held Mondayafternoon at the Hansen Funeral Home chapel with Bishop M. M. Millerof the St. Anthony Second Ward officiating.
      Mr. Hansen was born May 26, 1889 at Huntington, Utah, a son of JosephY. and Harriet Nay Hansen. He spent his early life in Utah and cameto Idaho when a young man. Oct. 20, 1911 he married Lottie Drollingerat St. Anthony and following their marriage they lived most of theirlife at Ashton and St. Anthony until two years ago when they moved toEden. He served a mission for the LDS church in the Southern statesin 1907-1909.
      He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Lottie Hansen, Eden, and thefollowing sons and daughters: Chester Edwin Hansen, Eden; Mrs. RoseSommer and Mrs. May Howard, St. Anthony; Lon Hansen, Reno, Nev.; GlenHansen, Pocatello; Clyde Hansen, Weiser; Carl Hansen with the U. S.Army in Germany and Neola Hansen, Nampa; 29 grandchildren and twogreat grandchildren.
      Three half brothers also survive, Bert Hooper, Asa Hooper, Boise, andCliff Hooper, Los Angeles.
      Interment was in the Pineview Cemetery at Ashton, under direction ofthe Hansen Funeral Home.
