  Reference Francis's Marriage Bond where his own signature on that document is written as, "Francis M Drewlinger" and serves as important positive proof of exactly how he spelled his own surname. Son John's marriage entry names father as F.M. Drulinger and mother as Jane Hardwick. In the 1850 Census Francis and his younger brother, John, were living with Hardin Kendall and his wife, Caroline.
