She was born Nov. 22,1899, in Barlow, ND., a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Melby. She married Irl Ray Cosby in Spokane in September of 1920. He died in 1956. Survivors include four sons and three daughters, including Mrs.Arne (Dorothy) Traeholt of Wolf Point, 27 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. The body will be taken to Spokane for services and burial.
