    • Thomas Paul Druelinger of East Aurora, NY, died peacefully on September 29, 2024.
Tom was born in Jamestown New York on August 20, 1946 to Leo P. Druelinger, Jr and Naomi W. Druelinger

Tom was a graduate of Bemus Point High School class of 1964 in Bemus Point, New York where he played football, basketball and baseball, making lifelong memories and friendships.

Upon high school graduation Tom enlisted in the United States Navy and served his country for 4 years. He was fortunate to serve beside his father on the same submarine.

Tom married Nancy Norton of East Aurora, New York, Moving to Elizabeth City NC where he graduated with honors from Elizabeth City State University obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Finance

Returning to East Aurora, Tom was employed as a Financial Analyst with the Federal Deposit Insurance Agency (FDIC) then transferred to Urban and Housing Development (HUD) as a Business and Industry Coordinator until his retirement.

Tom was an avid reader and brilliant scholar who read biographies, world history and political history. He wrote many editorials sharing his strong opinions and was a man who you would never want to debate on any subject due to his extensive knowledge. He auditioned and was a contestant on the renowned Jeopardy Show in Season 10 in 1994 which to his and the family's chagrin was preempted by the OJ Bronco chase when it aired.

Tom was a foodie and wonderful cook excelling in gourmet dishes which he shared with his family and friends and as member of the East Aurora Moose Club. One of his greatest joys was taking his family out to eat and he would never let anyone else pay. He loved spending time at the farmers market, Elm Street, the EA Coop, Kone King and Dash's chatting up the staff and picking out delicious treats to drop off as a surprise to his children and grandchildren. Whenever he was asked how he was doing by the staff, he would respond "Super Deluxe" and thus this became his nickname all around town. Tom was known for his incredible generosity. He would give you the shirt off his back and he often did. He was a season ticket holder and deeply passionate about the Buffalo Bills football team but most of all he adored and deeply loved his three children and grandchildren with every fiber of his being. His family was his life. There are no words to express how deeply he will be missed.

Tom is survived by his three children, Erin Druelinger of Cheverly Maryland, Thomas Druelinger (Lisa) of Buffalo New York and Joshua Druelinger (Ernestine) of Henderson, North Carolina and his grandchildren: Bishop Jenkins, Emma Druelinger, Isaiah Druelinger, Jack Druelinger, Cameron Druelinger Smith, and Abigail Druelinger.

His brothers: Leo P. Druelinger,III (Diane) of Hertford, North Carolina, Paul Wolff of Norris Tennessee and Gary Wolff (Betsy) of Atlanta, Georgia.

Tom was preceded by his Father, Leo Druelinger Jr., his Mother, Naomi W. Wolff, his father, Gary Wolff Sr. and his Grandparents Earl and Cornelia Wolff.
