Trollinger Jr. of Middleboro formerly of Hanson died Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at Neuro Rehabilitation in Middleboro after a sunned illness. The son of the late Frederick and Frances (Augst) Trollinger Jr., he was born in Charlotte NC. Frederick was raised and educated in Richmond VA, a graduate of Suffolk University. He proudly served in the Navy and was later employed as a Rug Sales Manager at Bloomindales, worked as a Sky Marshall and was an Account Supervisor at Bull Information Systems.
He is survived by his wife Helen (Trainor) Trollinger of Dover NH, father of Lauren McNeil of Dorchester, Maura Wadsworth of Standish ME and the late Frederick J. III. Grandfather of Nevaeh, Talan, Kason and Emma. Brother of Frances Ladd, Kaye Welsh, Marcia Sluder and Guy Trollinger all of VA.
Visiting hours in the Sullivan Funeral Home, 2 Maquan St., at the corner of Rte 14 & 58 in HANSON on Tuesday from 4-8 PM. A Funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10 AM in St. Joseph the Worker Church, 1 Maquan St., Rte 14 in Hanson. Interment in Fern Hill Cemetery in Hanson.
