DOUBLE SUICIDE PACT FATAL TO 1 Girl, 19, Dies But Best Friend Lives; Disappointment In Love Is Reason ATLANTA, July 18 (AP) Miss Pauline Trollinger, 19, is dead and her best girl friend, Miss Nort Baker, 18, is critically injured after shooting themselves in what police said was a suicide plot because they were disappointed in love. Police and members of the girls' families said they left notes addressed to their parents declaring they "couldn't get the men they wanted." Miss Trollinger and Miss Baker shot themselves at a laundry last night with pistols belonging to Miss Trollinger's father, H. Trolltiger, night watchman at the laundry. The elder girl died shortly after she was received at Grady hospital.

Notes - Pauline (born June 1914, exact date not known) was Alfred's next to youngest daughter--not sister, She was never married; committed suicide and died on July 17, 1934, as you show. Newspaper article about the suicide attached. Apparently, after Clora died, Hose couldn't take care of Pauline, as she is shown on the 1930 census as living with Daisy Trollinger Olvey and her husband Homer Olvey.
