He was plant manager at Atlas Mineral & Chemicals, Mertztown, for more than 35 years, retiring in 1969.
Born in Hereford Township, he was a son of the late James A. and Emma M. (Hersh) Trollinger.
He was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Mertztown.
He was an Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors: Wife; daughters, Violet M., wife of Lewis E. Hafer of Fleetwood, Lillie A., wife of Albert V. Perna Jr. of Allentown, Shirley R., wife of David D. Grim of Bowers, and Beverly A., wife of Edmond J. Zajdowicz of Kutztown; brothers, Curtis of Barto R.1, and Howard L. of Fort Meyers, Fla., and eight grandchildren.
