  	E. S. TROLLINGER, age 61, dropped dead Sunday afternoon at 4:30 o'clock as he was walking back to his home after a hurried trip to town, the cause being attributed to heart failure. Apparently in good health while talking to friends, he was found a few minutes later lying in the street in the three hundred block on Southeast First, where he had apparently dropped as he was crossing the pavement. The deceased was a pioneer of this section, having lived in the Panhandle of Oklahoma and Texas for nearly thirty years, homesteading in Beaver county in 1907. He has made Perryton his home since 1925 and was well known and highly respected by all. Funeral services were held at Gray, Okla., Tuesday afternoon, October 16, at 2:00 o'clock, with W. C. Bryan in charge. Interment was made at Bethany cemetery. Everett S. TROLLINGER was born in Marshall county, Tenn., on June 2, 1873, and passed away Sunday, October 14 at Perryton, Texas. At the age of sixteen he was converted and joined the Baptist church at Mt. Lebanon, Tenn. In 1894 he met and married Miss Ida CLAXTON. To this union five children were born, four of whom are living. They are Mrs. May BALLARD, Gray, Okla., Dennie, Liberal, Kans.; Cecil, Canadian; and Mrs. Odessa EDWARDS, Perryton. A son, A. J., died in 1931. Mr. and Mrs. TROLLINGER moved with their family to Beaver County, Okla., in 1907 and homesteaded in the Bethany community, where they lived until they moved to Perryton in 1925. The deceased was a consecrated Christian citizen. He identified himself with the Holiness Union a good many years ago, and was an earnest, zealous worker. He was noted for his consideration and care for the sick and needy, always willing to lend a helping hand. He will be greatly missed at home and in the entire community. Besides the wife and children, other relatives present for the funeral were three sisters: Mrs. R. M. HARRIS and son, Moran, Texas, Mrs. W. N. BATTIN and Miss Maggie TROLLINGER, Hollis, Okla.; a brother-in-law, Emmett O'NEIL and family of Oklahoma City; twelve grandchildren, and a host of loving friends.
