- PAMPA - Marilyn Trollinger, 72, died Thursday, Jan. 21, 2010.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in First Baptist Church with Dr. Johnny Funderburg, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.
Mrs. Trollinger was born Aug. 11, 1937, in Goree. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1946, moving from Munday. She was a 1957 graduate of Pampa High School.
Marilyn married Gayle Trollinger on June 22, 1956, in Pampa. She was a member of the First Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and loved to cook and spend time with her family.
Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents, John and Cleo Moore; and six brothers, Troy, Johnny, Boyd, Leo, Jackie and Ray Moore.
Survivors include her husband, Gayle Trollinger; two daughters, Cindy Shelton and husband Jim of Clarendon and Stephanie Wilson and husband Chill of Amarillo; a son, Greg Trollinger and wife Alyssa of Dallas; a sister, Irene McAleese of Whittier, Calif.; six grandchildren, Lindsey Shelton of Oklahoma City, Taylor Shelton of Lubbock, Lauren Shelton of Clarendon, Emily Wilson of College Station and Ellen Wilson and Dane Wilson, both of Amarillo.
The family suggests memorials be to First Baptist Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 621, Pampa, TX 79066-0621.
