- Mrs Emil Boklund has received word of the death of Mrs. Lorinda Rush Drullner, widow of the late Jonathan Drullner of this city, which took place Saturday at Peoria, Ill., where Mrs. Drullner was making her home with her stepson. The deceased was born Aug. 9, 1829, and was therefore 75 years, 4 months and day old. Her husband, who was the well known auctioneer here, and whom she married Feb. 26, 1851, died March 19, 1903. Their only child, Rush J. Drullner, was but a year old when it passed away. An adopted son, Ben C. Drullner, survives. Israel and Clara Rush, parents of Mrs. Drullner, were pioneer settlers of Terre Coupe prairie and the deceased and her husband were the first white children In that vicinity. The remains of Mrs. Druliner were brought to New Carlisle for burial, funeral services being held yesterday morning at the Christian church there. Rev. F. B. Hobson officiating.
