  	Joyce Ilene Imboden 1928-2011 Long time Eastern Sierra resident Joyce Ilene Imboden passed away quietly June 6, 2011 in Sparks, Nev. She was born April 27, 1928 in Santa Monica, Calif. to Oakley and Florence Druliner, grew up in Southern California and attended UCLA. In the fall of 1967 she moved with her husband Earl and children to Mammoth Lakes. She spent 15 years working for Mammoth Unified School District and retired to Bishop in 1985. Joyce loved hiking, skiing, RV trips, knitting, playing bridge and dog walking. She touched many lives with her adventurous, uplifting spirit and infectious smile. She is survived by her son, Jon of Kings Beach, Calif.; daughter, Gail Kovach (Dan) of Sparks, Nev.; grandson, Timothy; and brother, George Druliner. A celebration of life will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, July 23 at the Oasis of Grace Foursquare church, 508 Central Ave. (behind the Bank of America building) in Bishop.
