William D. Plummer, 75, a former resident of Tocsin, died at 4:15 p.m.Sunday in the Lutheran Hospital where he had been a patient for thepast month. For the past several years he has been living with adaughter and a son in Fort Wayne.
He leaves a son, Earl A. Plummer, Fort Wayne; three daughters, Mrs.Floyd Barger, Craigville, and Mrs. Wendell Wasson and Mrs. DwightJackson, both of Fort Wayne; three brothers, Charles of Huntington,John of Fort Wayne, and Alfred of Greenwood, Miss.; a sister, Mrs.Mary Steele, Decatur and five grandchildren.
The body was removed to the Elzey & Son Funeral Home, Ossian, wherefriends may call after 6 p.m. today. Funeral services will beconducted at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home. Burial will be inElm Grove Cemetery, Bluffton.
