1880 Census
-
Notes - She is identified as Anatsah (an apparent misinterpretation of her name by the census taker) in the 1870 Census with her age listed as 14 years old.
She is clearly identified as "Anna E. H. Trollinger" in the 1880 Census with her age listed as 22 years old.
She is identified as Annie in the 1900 Census with her age listed as 24 years old and a birth date of May 1876 (this birth date for her has to be a mistake by the census taker as her birth year is approximately 1857 given the 1870 and 1880 census information stated above).
She is identified herein with the approximate birth year of 1858 which corresponds to the way she is listed in the 1880 Census until her true and hopefully, full birth date can be discovered.
Anna's middle name is probably Elizabeth after her mother. What her second middle intial of H. stands for is not yet known.
Anna's death date is also not yet known. Hopefully, that too will be soon be discovered.
Most all Trolingers to come out of Bedford County, TN in the 1800s are of the single 'L' variety. So, in spite of Annie's name being spelled with two 'L's, she is probably the single 'L' version.
