- WEST FORK Karen Louise Dixon Trollinger, 40, of West Fork, died Monday at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was born April 4, 1965, in Newport to Richard E. and Glodean Read Dixon. She was a homemaker and a member of the White River Pentecostal Church in West Fork.
Survivors include her husband, John F. Trollinger; two sons, John N. Trollinger and Jeremy Trollinger, both of West Fork; two daughters, Traraka Trollinger and Dechera Trollinger, both of West Fork; her mother of West Fork; and one grandchild.
Service will be 2 p.m. today at the White River Pentecostal Church.
Cremation was under the direction of Moore's Chapel of Fayetteville.
