- WEST FORK Karen Louise Dixon Trollinger, 40, of West Fork, died Mondayat Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was bornApril 4, 1965, in Newport to Richard E. and Glodean Read Dixon. Shewas a homemaker and a member of the White River Pentecostal Church inWest Fork.
Survivors include her husband, John F. Trollinger; two sons, John N.Trollinger and Jeremy Trollinger, both of West Fork; two daughters,Traraka Trollinger and Dechera Trollinger, both of West Fork; hermother of West Fork; and one grandchild.
Service will be 2 p.m. today at the White River Pentecostal Church.
