Notes - In June 2001 Ken and mum and I went to Belfast where I spent 2 days in GRO in Chichester Street and mum and Ken spent 2 days in PRONI. The rest of the week we spent visiting relations and places that we found our ancestors had come from. I saw and copied the birth cert. of William Robinson. He was born at Lissara where his father was resident. The birth was registered by Elizabeth Robinson who was present at the birth. She was also resident at Lissara.
Margaret Brown of Greystone, Kintore, Aberdeenshire AB51 0YX UK
Note Ken and Margaret Brown visited Pittsburgh after we had corresponded. She was a Glasgow dentist and they came to see a play at the Benedum theatre. A side note when uncle Bob Gordon died in 1968 I obtained his brother William Gordon's WWI medals. Two were engraved W. Gordon but the 1914 1915 Star was engraved W. Robinson. Evidently the two cousins met after the war and swapped medals.
