Howard Walker, pastor of the First Christian Church in Henrietta, Texas, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Davis Funeral Home in Henrietta, Texas. Mr. Skinner was born on October 8, 1942 in Wichita Falls, Texas to O.D. and Nettie Lorene (Cecil) Skinner. He was a retired Automobile Dealer. Mr. Skinner was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, David and O.D. Jr.; nephew, Billy Euell Skinner. Survivors include his daughter, Natasha Farr and husband Dusty of Henrietta, Texas; son, Christopher Dewayne Skinner and wife Victoria of Henrietta; sister- in-laws, Elaine Skinner and Marryetta Skinner; grandchildren, Christian Farr, Faith Farr, Laiken Farr, Joshua Skinner, Madison Skinner, Mariah Skinner, Matthew Shepherd and Katie Baggett; nephews, Delaney Skinner and Bobby Skinner.
