Notes - 2009 July 5: Mabel was the only daughter of Vada and Frank Titus who was adopted by her sister Rose after the death of Vada. Based on the Titus Family Bible, Mabel was about two years old when the adoption took place. Based on emails from Dorothy Titus Eccles, her nieces whom she visited many times, was told by her mother that Mabel was bitter about being "given away". (Data for MABEL C.
