- Mr. Winston Hill Bearden, age 85, of Shelbyville, passed away Sunday, July 29, 2018.
Funeral services will be 11 AM Wednesday, August 1, 2018, at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel. Reverend Jeff Rasnick will officiate. Burial, with military honors, will follow in Willow Mount Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors 4-8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
He was born August 7, 1932, in Shelbyville, to the late Crawford and Mary Trollinger Bearden. He was retired from the United States Post Office, drove a bus for the Senior Citizens for nine years after retirement, and was past president of the Shelbyville Optimist Club. Mr. Bearden was a faithful member of First Baptist Church.
Preceding him in death was his wife, Wilma Bearden in 2015.
Survivors include a daughter, Pam (Loyd) Morgan, of Brentwood, and a son, David (Kelly) Bearden, of Smyrna; three brothers, Rell (Shirley) Bearden, Fred (Linda) Bearden, and Johnny (Twila) Bearden, all of Cairo, Georgia; a sister, Mary Ann Henderson, of Dalton, Georgia; four grandchildren, Andrew (Jillian) Morgan, Kelly Morgan, Payton Bearden and Bailey Bearden; a great grandchild, Lillian Morgan.

Feldhaus Memorial Chapel assisted the family with the arrangements.
