  	1925 March 5: The Wabash Daily Plain Dealer - OBIT: Bessie Harriet Drollinger Bessie Harriet Drollinger, 49, wife of Leander Drollinger, died at her home on Elm street Monday evening at 8:30 o'clock, from an acute attack of bronchial asthma. Mrs. Drollinger was born at Stockdale, west of Roann, and was the daughter of John and Elizabeth Appleman. She was married about 30 years ago to Leander Drollinger and to this union was born one daughter, Mrs. Gloe Vrooman, residing four miles north of Wabash. Early in life Mrs. Drollinger became a member of the Bachelor Creek Christian church. She also belonged to the Maccabee lodge. She was widely known through both organizations. Besides the husband and daughter, three grandchildren, Roger, Lois,and Junior Vrooman survive as do one brother, Charles Appleman of Star City, and one sister, Mrs. Frank Bright of Warsaw. Funeral services will be held from the Friends' Church Thursday morning at 10:30 o'clock with Rev. Ira Dawrs in charge. Burial will be made in the Friends cemetery.
