  Original Bible record in possession of Harry Benjamin Drollinger. 1908 Sept 18, Fort Wayne Sentinel: "Wife of Edward Quick is Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Drollinger A number of Fort Wayne people well acquainted with Edward Quick, the Michigan City prison guard who was murdered in his own home Thursday morning. The wife of the murdered man is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Drollinger, of 201 Second street, and Mrs. Drollinger went to Michigan City yesterday morning to be with her daughter in the latter's grief. Mr. and Mrs. Quick spent a week here several weeks ago visiting here, met a number of Fort Wayne People who were horrified at the tragedy. Mr. Drollinger is employed as at watchman at the Fourth street crossing of the Lake Shore crossing. The remains were taken to Wabash today where the funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon.
