  	Mrs. Ruth Cecil Vaughan, 67, of 11913 Wedge St., Chester, and formerly of Dublin, died Saturday. Born Sept. 7, 1916 in Dublin, she was the daughter of the late Price W. Cecil and Lacy Morgan Cecil. Surviving are her husband, Curtis E. Vaughan, Chester; three sons, Robert J. Johnston, Bluefield, VA, Douglas Lee Johnston, Dublin, David Cecil Johnston, Eden, NC; four grandchildren and one brother, Ralph J. Cecil, Dublin. The funeral was today at 2 p.m. at the Chesterfield Chapel of J.T. Morris & Son Funeral Home. Further services will be held Tuesday, March 20, 2 p.m. at the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, Dublin, with the Rev. Charles W. Lockerby officiating. Interment will follow in the Old Dublin Cemetery of Dublin. There will be a visitation Tuesday, from 1 p.m. until time of the service. Bower Funeral Home, Dublin, is handling the arrangements.
