- Roger Druliner, 67, Of Oskaloosa and formerly of Chariton, passed away Thursday afternoon, June 26, 2014 at his home in Oskaloosa.
Roger Lee Druliner, son of Harry and Mary Briles (Anderson) Druliner was born June 29, 1946 in Chariton, Iowa. He was a 1964 graduate of Chariton High School. He married Nancy Lee Claver in 1984 and in 1989, the family moved to Oskaloosa. Roger worked as a painter at Chamberlain Manufacturing in Albia for many years. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge in Oskaloosa. He loved music and dancing and he played the drums, he also enjoyed painting pictures.
Roger's family includes his wife of 30 years, Nancy Druliner of Oskaloosa; his children: Bobbie Jo (Matt) James, Jennifer (B.J.) Miller, and Katie (Ryan) Jaennette all of Oskaloosa, Heather Druliner of Knoxville and Jamie Claver of Davenport; 13 grandchildren; one great grandson; five siblings: Mary Ann Wells of Leon, Emmett (Kathy) Childress of Boston, MA, Robin Anderson of Leon, Mike Anderson of Chariton, and Toni Colley of Illinois.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Steve Anderson, a grandson, Dominic Lee Druliner and a nephew, Greg Anderson.
As was his wish, Roger's body has been cremated.
