- Gary Lee Pruessner, age 73, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away peacefully on Friday, October 14, 2022. Gary was born on May 27th, 1949 in Clinton, Missouri to Norman "Wayne" and Evelyn Pruessner. The family moved to kansas City in 1954. Gary graduated from North Kansas City High School in 1967 and began working shortly after. In June of 1984 Gary began his career with Jones Iron & Metal, Inc in Kansas City where he dedicated 31 years of his life until his retirement in 2015.
He is preceded in death by his father, Norman Wayne Pruessner, brother, Gerald Pruessner and sister, Norma Jeanne Pruessner.
Gary is survived by his mother, Evelyn Pruessner, a nephew, Robert Williams, of Kansas City, a niece, Stacy Eacret of Kansas City, 3 great nephews, Jesse Williams, Austin Eacret and Travis Eacret, 4 great nieces, Bridget ( Bret ) Moehlman, Tiffany ( Chevis ) Lyle, Courtney Falls and Samantha ( Chelsea ) Schoolfield, 2 great great nephews, 3 great great nieces and many other family and friends.
To all of his family and friends Gary was a wonderful man who was very loved and will be missed dearly.
A Celebration of Life will be held on November 5th, 2022 at 1:30 in the afternoon at Barry Christian Church, 1500 NW Barry Rd, Kansas City, MO 64155.
