Notes - Allegany County, Maryland deed book 6, p.78. At the request of Jacob Trolinger the following deed was recorded February 16, 1850. This Indenture made this twenty sixth day of September in the year of our lord eighteen hundred and forty nine between Elizabeth Worrell of Muskingum County and state of Ohio of the one part and Jacob Trolinger of Allegany County and state of Maryland of the other part. Witnesseth that whereas Jacob Trollinger Senr. late of Allegany County, Maryland deceased father of the above named Elizabeth Worrell died intestate being possessed in fee simple to the following lots or parcels of land and premises situate lying and being in the county of Allegany and state of Maryland aforesaid known and distinguished by lots number 3731, 3937, 3900 and 3800 and part of a tract called "Balls Good Luck" and one other tract of land called "The Walnut Hill", containing in the whole two hundred and thirty six acres and one half more or less . . . and the aforesaid Elizabeth Worrell being heir at law of him the said Jacob Trollinger dec'd . . . the right of one eleventh part or share it being one equal undivided one childs part of the aforesaid lands and premises. Now in consideration of the sum of one hundred and sixteen dollars and sixty cents current money . . in hand paid by the said Jacob Trollinger unto her the said Elizabeth Worrell . . . assigns forever she the said Elizabeth Worrell have bargained sold and conveyed unto him the said Jacob Trollinger and his heirs her right title and interest to the premises above mentioned. . . . Signed: Elizabeth Worrell (by her mark) in the presence of Wm Reed and Ann Richards. 26 Sep 1849, before me the subscriber and judge of the Court of Common Pleas in the County of Muskingum and state of Ohio aforesaid Elizabrth Worrell party grantor on the above deed acknowledged the above deed to be her act and instrument . . .
