  Comments (Neil Jay Hansen): Noticed his death is not indicated. According to Texas Deaths, 1890-1976, certificate #49880: Neil Jay Howard (Howard was his real/official last name) was found dead in his apartment 14 Jun 1969 at Houston, Harris, Texas. He may have died prior to that day but was found on that day so that was considered the official date of death. He died from asphyxia due to inhalation of commercial gas.
