He served in the National Guard. He married Sharon Talley on June 22. 1968. He is survived by his wife Sharon of Decatur, IL; two sons, Keith Williams of Decatur, IL, John Williams of Warrensburg, IL; grandchildren, Kyle Aaron Williams, Jacob Daniel Napier, Bailey Natasha Williams; two sisters, Janette and Ruth Duke of Johnston City, IL; sister-in-law Janet Marsh and husband Hank of Decatur, IL.
