    • William A. Hoxie, 86, of 10 Oak St. E., Braden Castle, died Wednesday in Manatee Memorial Hospital. Calvin Funeral Home in Hartford, Michigan is in charge of services. Burial will be in Fennville Cemetery, Fennville, Michigan. Griffith-Cline Bradenton Chapel is in charge of local arrangements. Born in Traverse City, Michigan, Mr. Hoxie came to Bradenton 20 winters ago from Decatur, Michigan. He was retired from the C&O Railroad after 40 years, a member of the Farm Bureau Gleaners, and veteran of World War I. He was a member of Manatee United Methodist Church and Keeler United Methodist Church in Michigan. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. LaVada M. Hoxie; two daughters, Mrs. Marjorie Camp of Bradenton, Mrs. Dawnita Bunnell of Grand Rapids, Michigan; two stepsons, Charles Abrams of Coloma, Michigan, and James Abrams of Three Rivers, Michigan; 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
