  Copy of a page from The Levering Family History, by Col. John Levering, 1897, pg. 158 received from Dr Dennis R. Reaver, 2360 Feeser Rd N, Taneytown, MD 21787-2714 22 Feb 1999, hard copy. He was a member of the Roxb. Bapt. Church, and for several years a deacon. During his life he occupied the house in which he and all his brothers and sisters were born, and there he died on June 24, 1875. His widow still occupied the premises with her unmarried daughter, Sarah, in which the title vests.
