  	Hilda Trolinger Brock, 68, of Bainbridge, GA, passed away Saturday, October 14, 2017. The graveside funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at Sutton Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Lynn Roberts officiating. Bryce Howell, Brock Howell, Caden Brock, Gavin Hughes and Patrick Trolinger will serve as active pallbearers. Hilda Barbara Trolinger was born March 2, 1949 in Bainbridge, GA, the daughter of Hilman B. Trolinger and Eunice Barber Trolinger. She graduated from Bainbridge High School, Class of 1967. She married Dewey A. Brock, Jr. and raised her family in Bainbridge. Hilda was a member of First Baptist Church where she served in the nursery for over 20 years. Known to many as "Miss Hilda", she spent decades loving children from all over Decatur County. She taught alongside her dear friend for 27 years at Wester's Kiddie Kollege and several more at Morningside Baptist Church CWE Preschool. "Miss Hilda" has been described as having a heart of gold, evidence of her love for the Lord. Grana, as she was known to her grandchildren, provided a model of strength and perseverance. Grana taught her grands to love all of God's creatures, especially her favorites, Lola and Booger. Survivors include her husband, Dewey A. Brock, Jr.; her children, Dewey A. Brock, III and his wife, Melissa, Amy Brock Howell and her husband, Tommie, and Whitney Brock Hughes and her husband, Sam; her grandchildren, Bryce Howell, Bailey Brock, Caden Brock, Brock Howell, Gavin Hughes, Elizabeth Hughes and Peyton Hughes; her siblings, Lucretia Oswald and her husband, Billy, of Havana, FL and Joseph Trolinger and his wife, Gail, of Bainbridge; and her fur babies, Lola and Booger. Hilda was preceded in death by her parents.
