  	Daniel Bower, 91, husband of Perma A. (Smith) Bower, of Deep Creek Road, Perkiomenville, PA died on Monday, January 4, 2010 in his residence. Born in Siesholtzville, PA he was a son of the late John S. and Sallie G. (Frey) Bower. He was a welder for over 20 years at Occidental Chemical Co. retiring in 1984, prior to that he worked at Firestone Tire and Rubber Co. He was a member of Palm Schwenkfelder Church. Surviving along with his wife is a daughter Marjorie wife of Olin Mastin of Barto; a brother, Harold Bower of Red Hill, two granddaughters, and two great granddaughters and one great grandson. Daniel was predeceased by brothers, Paul, Peter, Wilmer, Lloyd and Lester and two sisters: Helen and Mae. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 7, 2010 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington St., East Greenville, PA 18041. Officiating will be Rev. Ronald R. Krick and Rev. Nicholas L. Pence. A viewing will be held prior to the service from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Limerick Garden of Memories Cemetery. Arrangements are by Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville.
