Notes - BARBARA EUNICE (DROLLINGER) RASMUSSEN. Eunice, as she was known, was born on February 8, 1901 in Marshfield. She was the fifth child of William and Barbara (Baltus) Drollinger. She attended Marshfield schools and graduated from the McKinley High School. Prior to her marriage, she was employed by the Standard Oil Company and the Marshfield News. She married Albert J. Rasmussen on October 8, 1923. She entered the brokerage business with her husband and became, at that time, the only woman licensed by the State of Wisconsin as a securities dealer, thus occupying a unique position in the securities field. She continued the brokerage firm until her retirement. She was an excellent homemaker, a fine cook, and an avid gardener of both vegetables and flowers. She died April 30, 1981.
