- GAS CITY – Harry K. Lowe, 92, Gas City, died Jan. 20, 2008, at hisresidence.
He was the owner and operator of Lowe's Auto Service of Gas City for20 years. He retired from Twin City on Oct. 1, 1980.
Survivors include sons, Walter (Carmen) Lowe, Ronnie (Norma) Lowe andSteve (Linda) Lowe; daughters, Patty (John) Vierling of Alexandria,Judy Cook and Tisha (Rudy) Yanis; sisters, Mary Coy and Betty Skeens;many grandchildren; 57 great-grandchildren; and sixgreat-great-grandchildren.
His wife, Lucille (Mills) Lowe, died on March 11, 1996.
Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at Needham-Storey-WampnerFuneral Service, Storey Chapel, 400 E. Main St., with the Rev. DaleSnow officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Gas City.
Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.Thursday at the funeral home.
