Mrs. Peterson was preceded in death by her brother, Jacob Drollinger. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Robert W. Peterson of Vista; daughter and son-in-law Laurin and Gregory Pause of Carlsbad; sister-in-law Margaret Drollinger of Milwaukee; brother-in-law Carl Thieme of Dyersburg, Tenn.; and grandson Jonathon Pause of Carlsbad. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. The family suggests memorial donations to the American Cancer Society,12405 Rancho Bernardo Road, San Diego, CA 92127. Eternal Hills Mortuary is handling arrangements.
